Shri Kamal Mangal

Mr Kamal Mangal, Founder and Chairman of AnandNiketan Group of Schools is a prominent name in the field of education. Initially a businessman, his interest in improving education led him to the journey of an edupreneur. With the reformists’ ideas, he realized a vast gap between the education imparted in our schools and the practical world out there. Being a visionary an
extremely motivated and inspiring personnel, Mr.Mangal aimed to not only bridge this gap between practical and actual education, but also mediate education to inculcate social and moral values in the upcoming young generation. This formed the beginning of the revolutionary chain of schools – AnandNiketan in 1996. Today, there are 15 more schools across the state carrying forward this enlightening vision of Mr.Mangal.

Another result of his passion in education, is the innovative venture in the form of H3 schools. H3 school is a result of Mr.Mangal’s incessant passion for education designing a 2020 Education System – which will connect ‘today with tomorrow’ NOT ‘yesterday with today’, which will also have practical implications on life skills. Exploring new horizons in the field of learning, H3 schools focus on learning by doing and exploring what is important rather than just teaching what is necessary. The simple belief that a child can achieve more with curiosity and imagination if fueled correctly, became the driving force for creating a new environment.

Mr. Aniket Mangal

Young, vigilant and focused Mr.AniketMangal plays a central role in the success of H3 group of schools. He is an Engineering Graduate from the reputed Warwick Business School as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a visionary entrepreneur, positive thinker, able administrator and a good decision maker. He has earned a reputation as an expert in the area of realestate and finance. Under his inspiring leadership, H3 evolved into a group of innovative, integrated, and competitive establishments in numerous branches across Ahmedabad. His firm belief in overall societal development and his passion for contributing to the society of the 21st century led to the creation of H3 World School. He cares passionately about creating a dynamic educational environment for all children and believes that Holistic Development is an art of self-actualization and learning which includes a person’s overall growth that can be mental, physical, emotional, or psychological.
